The big day arrived and Sarah, Mary, and Steffi went to the notary to purchase and sign the contract for the land! This is the largest purchase FFR has ever made. Lots of emotions were in the notary room as the notary public read the documents. Two sisters owned the property that FFR was purchasing and one had just recently passed away from cancer. Her daughter was there in her place to sign off on the land. It must have been bittersweet to sell their childhood home, but FFR is thankful to now be the proud owners of a beautiful plot of land that will one day house an educational center for the children in Budila!
