One of the many hurdles was having all the neighbors sign an agreement at the notary, stating that they are fine with an educational center being built next door where a lot of kids would soon be running around. The task was difficult with some of the neighbors as their mentality is still very much “anti- Roma,” but thank God they all agreed and have even shown the FFR team their own homes and livestock.
